Our goal is to provide a low cost hot wire CNC foam cutter for cutting wings, fuses, letters, logos.

The machines are true 4 axis cutters, they will cut tapered shapes - for an example a Zagi like wing, or a Jet wing.

Assembly is simple and usually takes two hours. Software is easy to learn, you can build the machine and start cutting all in one evening.

we can 3D - all axes can be driven separately to do 3D tapered cuts as e.g. cones or columns.
we are flexible - place the units freely on your working table to have a flexible cutting wire length from 0.3m (0.1') of up to 3m (10').
we have arms - mount multiwire arms to your machine and cut with 2+ wires at the same time even in 3D.
we can mill - convert your foam cutting machine into a a full 3D foam milling machine within a couple of minutes.
