CNC plasma cutting machine suitable for cutting large format materials such as steel, aluminum and stainless steel. Possibility to cut materials from 1mm - 25mm with an accuracy of +- 0.2mm. The whole machine is designed for demanding operation in production. Quality HGR linear guides on all axes (no cheap metal carriages). The grid embedded in the water bath - reduces the formation of smoke to a minimum and reduces the thermal deformation of the material. Our CNC plasmas are equipped with an active "Z" axis for automatic height measurement before each ignition, a laser position indicator for quick and easy zero position adjustment, an anti-collision head that stops the machine if it hits a protruding sheet metal, and inductive limit switches for targeting the machine zero. Furthermore, it is possible to equip the machine with THC electronics to measure the height of the torch during cutting and thereby achieve a better cut. The machine is controlled by Mach3 software with UC100 for easy operation that can be handled by absolutely anyone and by connecting via USB port. Option to purchase intuitive software from Cut2D Pro in which you can easily and quickly prepare cutting paths for the machine.
